Simplified Techish – Refund Policy
At Simplified Techish, we are dedicated to providing high-quality print-on-demand products to our customers. We understand that buying online can sometimes be challenging. Due to items being paid for in advance we do not offer refunds for items that have already been processed through our print on demand partner. On digital items we also no not offer refunds.
Please note that all of our products are made to order and are therefore non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to: t-shirts, hoodies, mugs, phone cases, and any other product that is produced on demand.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will replace it free of charge. To initiate a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item and provide a photo of the damage or defect. We will review the request and respond within 3 business days.
In the rare case that your order was incorrect, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will review the request and respond within 3 business days. If the error was made on our end, we will replace the item at no cost to you. If the error was made on your end, we will not be able to issue a refund.
Please note that we do not issue refunds or replacements for incorrect sizing. To ensure that you receive the correct size, please refer to our sizing chart before placing your order.

If you have scheduled a service appointment with us and do not show up at the designated time, or do not provide adequate notice of cancellation, we will not be able to refund the cost of the service. This policy applies to all services provided by Simplified Techish, including but not limited to consulting services, training sessions, and workshops.
We understand that unexpected events can arise that prevent you from attending a scheduled appointment. If you are unable to make your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule or cancel. We will do our best to accommodate your schedule, but please understand that we may not be able to reschedule your appointment if our schedule is fully booked.
